HelloTXT is a site that lets you update multiple status and micro-blogs with a SINGLE message.  You can setup your accounts, select a bunch to send by default, turn on and off sites for a specific message. 

The site is nice looking and it does have a easy interface.  They also seem to add pretty much any site you’re on if they can and it just works.  It took about 10 minutes to setup all my accounts and such so make sure you have your password and the like.
