Most of us eat fast food.  Why convenience, taste, contests and toys they have, of course.  We all pretty much accept the fact that it is unhealthy and just eat it anyway.  We see the HUGE charts on the walls of nutritional information and sometimes read it but never really get a perspective on what is going on.   Read More Below...

Acaloriecounter.com has a listing of most fast foods with nutritional information showing what is the BEST (relatively) and WORST(tough race for this one) Fast foods out there.

I decided to look around and found the site and found a simple clean design. A single line search allowed me to lookup nutritional content EASILY. Being simple there are a few features I’d like HOWEVER it’s a GREAT resource as it is! The information  being used is publicly available but it’s the search that makes this easy.  Articles  on nutrition are also available.  Not trying to sell a product or service makes them easy to read, frank and a welcome change to the “LOSE WEIGHT ASK ABOUT BLEH!” sites out there.   While I haven’t had a chance to look at EVERYTHING I really like the site
